The RC Concept group, creator and manufacturer of POS-CLV (Point-of-Sale Advertising and Communication) has developed in the event POS for the Luxury Goods industry, with notably recognized expertise in the Selective Retailing – Perfumes and Cosmetics sector.
Created 20 years ago by Raphaël Cohen, its founding director, the RC Concept group emerged from the communication and POP consulting business, then integrated the industrial know-how of media manufacturing, notably following several external growth operations (POP cardboard manufacturing plant and digital printing).
Today, the RC Concept group masters all the value-added aspects of its business: communication consulting, production control, quality control, and adaptation to the requirements of its prestigious clients.
Based in Boulogne Billancourt and Noisy-le-Grand, the RC Concept group employs 80 people and achieved a turnover of 12.5 M€ in 2010. In a sector affected by the crisis, the RC Concept group has experienced a growth dynamic of + 80% over the last 5 years, under very good profitability conditions. It has thus distinguished itself on its market and increased its lead over its competitors.
Raphaël Cohen and his team wish today to accelerate the growth of the RC Concept group, by organic development but also by acquisitions.
Advised by Pax Corporate Finance, he opened his capital to EPF Partners, within the framework of a minority transaction, during which several executives entered the capital of the group.
With this support, the RC Concept group intends to continue its development and has the ambition to achieve a turnover of more than 20 M€ by 2014.
