Caractère – Leader Print continues with its acquisition policy

FOUNDED IN 2017 BY EMMANUEL DENIS, THE GROUPE HAS JUST ACQUIRED SITEP AND IS ALREADY TARGETING NEW ACQUISITIONS.

After Studio 3b, Adhéquat and Expocréative, the Leader Print Group, a large format digital printing company, has just completed its fourth acquisition transaction by taking over Sitep, a Lyon company generating a turnover of around 4 million euros. Founded in 1962, the Rhône-Alpes printing works specialised in silver photographic prints before beginning a successful digital transition. It now offers art prints and installation services throughout France.
Through this acquisition, Leader Print, which was created in April 2017 and is under the leadership of Emmanuel Denis, will be able to gain a foothold in the Rhône-Alpes region, in accordance with the consolidation strategy announced at the time of its fundraising received from Odyssée Venture when it was created. Emmanuel Denis will also take over the operational management of Sitep, with the intention of investing in the production tool.
By offering customised prints on all media (flags, posters, POS, signage and art photos), the Leader Print Group positions itself as a key player in corporate communications and is aimed at agencies, advertisers, event specialists as well as SMEs and local authorities. This strategic positioning is reinforced by the typology of each of the Group’s brands.
The five entities of the Leader Print Group (New MediaFab, Studio 3b, Adhéquat, Expocréative and Sitep) should generate a turnover of more than 10 million euros in 2018. Supported by the independent investment bank PAX Corporate, the Group plans to continue its investments and has already announced several potential acquisition targets across Europe.
