Damien joined PAX Corporate Finance in 2020 as an Analyst after starting his career with an independent asset manager in Geneva and before joining the M&A team at Synercom France.

He has been involved in some forty transactions, notably in the technology, media, healthcare and consumer goods sectors.

Damien holds a Master’s degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Our job is to put on the entrepreneur’s costume, to dress for his problems and challenges, all while working hand in hand towards a successful operation.
