Sébastien joined PAX Corporate Finance as a business manager in 2013, after first working for the Calao Finance investment fund.

He was promoted to manager in 2018, and is in charge of developing sector-based areas covered by the investment bank, customer’ portfolios, and managing projects with the partners.

Sébastien has a Master’s in Corporate Finance from the Paris School of Business (formerly ESG MS) and London Metropolitan University, and has been involved in numerous transactions in the health, sports & leisure and business services sectors.
