Graduating from EDHEC Business School in 2010 with a MSc in Corporate Finance, Tarik Saadallah specializes in consulting and investment for fast-growing companies. He began his career at Clipperton, a tech investment bank, where he focused on fundraising and M&A transactions.

He continued his career at Alven, a European venture capital fund investing between €1 and €10 million in tech start-ups.

Tarik then joined Bryan Garnier & Co, an investment bank active in Europe and the United States, focusing on advisory sales transactions (M&A and majority LBOs), mainly in the Tech and Consumer sectors.

As a partner at Capival, Tarik then managed transactions such as the sale of Gallia to Heineken and Demory to Pietra/Carlsberg.

Joining Avolta as a partner, another tech investment bank, he oversees fundraising and M&A transactions.

Since December 2023, Tarik has joined the PAX CF teams as a partner and works on LBO and M&A transactions, targeting companies from €10 to €200 million in the tech, impact and food & beverage sectors.

At the same time, in 2018, he co-founded Incepto Capital, an investment fundraising a few million euros from entrepreneurs, a fund fully invested in start-ups such as Soan, VelyVelo, Stracker, Delivery Academy, Work & Padel, and Cuvée Noire.
