Xavier joined PAX Corporate Finance in 2024 as an Associate Director.

He began his career in Large Cap M&A and worked as a Director at a transaction services advisory firm.

Xavier has completed more than forty transactions across the industrial, retail/e-commerce, food, transportation, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.

Having worked on numerous restructuring assignments, he is also involved in special and complex situations.

He holds a degree from Paris Dauphine and a Master’s in Financial Engineering from EM Lyon.
