Xavier joined PAX Corporate Finance in 2024 as Managing Partner and is responsible for building and developing a comprehensive offering covering distressed M&A, debt advisory and restructuring.

Trained as a court-appointed administrator, Xavier began his career with Ajilink, where he worked on cases involving Alinéa, Altéo, La Marseillaise, Canavese, Papalino and 1001pneus. He then joined a transaction services firm to develop the restructuring practice.

He will enable the PAX Corporate Finance teams to develop this complementary activity by providing a thorough understanding of the workings of the ecosystem of companies in difficulty and the associated procedures.
