Alternative telecom operator Full-Connect joins the Nomotech group

Customers and counterparties

At the end of a sale process entrusted to PAX Corporate Finance and which aimed to find a national partner, the Full-Connect company will strengthen Nomotech’s position in the South-East. This acquisition follows on from the recent takeovers of Kertel and Voxity, which put the group in the top 10 of BtoB service operators.

Founded in 2015 by Sabrina HADJ, Full-Connect is a B2B telecom operator focused on VSEs and SMEs offering a wide range of fibre, 4G, 5G and telephony connectivity solutions. With an offer addressed to companies wishing to free themselves from traditional operators, the team of 5 people serves about 150 customers, mainly in the Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur region. Tailor-made offers are provided in two areas of expertise:

Internet connectivity: very high-speed internet access solutions, totally secure, with a technical service available 24 hours a day
IP telephony: new generation fixed telephony solutions, secure and of high quality

In these areas, Full-Connect offers easily implementable and scalable solutions, with its own fibre optic network, interconnected with the main French operators, or its collaborative work platform that can be integrated with solutions already present in companies.

In a context of strong growth and to maintain its operational excellence, Sabrina HADJ entrusted PAX Corporate Finance to find the right partner for the continuation of its development.

Seduced by a team with strong commercial skills, a recurrent turnover in rapid progress and exemplary customer service, the Nomotech group was able to convince Sabrina HADJ, by offering the company new technical and human resources. In return, the group will benefit from Sabrina HADJ’s commercial expertise in the PACA region.
