Ip Management’s strategy :
The main objective of the IT services company was to join a larger structure. It wanted to continue its activity with the existing management team. Mr CABALLERO therefore became responsible for the SAP activity within Transiciel.
Transiciel’s strategy :
At the time, Transiciel had no expertise in SAP software. However, the acquisition of Ip Management allowed them to remedy this, and to implement a diversification strategy in their offer.
