Customers and counterparties

Magellan Partners is acquiring Keralia Consulting to strengthen its consulting and IT activities specialising in Enterprise Service Management (ESM), thereby expanding its range of offerings and services. With 40 consultants and a turnover of €5m in 2020, Keralia Consulting specialises in the ServiceNow platform, a leading software suite for managing IT, HR and customer services in companies. This acquisition is in line with Magellan Partners’ strategy to support companies in all aspects of digital transformation thanks to the dual skills of its teams: business expertise and strong specialisations in the market’s leading technologies. Consequently, the acquisition of Keralia Consulting allows the group to welcome expert teams, capable of carrying out large-scale ServiceNow projects and supporting companies in the transformation of their IT services and organisations.

Through this merger, Keralia Consulting will change its name to Yunit, with the ambition of becoming a major player in ESM consulting and technology integration in France.

"We are very pleased to welcome the Keralia Consulting team to Magellan Partners. Our two companies will benefit from their complementary business and expertise and thus offer great value to our clients. ITSM and ESM projects are at the heart of the challenges faced by information systems departments and the need for automation is constantly increasing. We now have the keys to make Yunit the first French pure-player on ServiceNow. Didier Zeitoun, President of Magellan Partners Group
"The variety of sectors of activity, missions and clients of the Magellan Partners group gives us exceptional growth potential and the possibility of accompanying our clients throughout their transformation project. Magellan Partners is a great source of pride for our teams, who see new opportunities for development opening up. Cyril Najburg, Managing Director of Keralia Consulting.
