The MJA group, a global communications agency, has just completed its first round of financing of €2.4m with Naxicap Partners. This fund raising offers the group the means to pursue its acquisition strategy.
Created in 1998 by Olivier Santini, MJA is an independent communication group based in Tours. The company distinguishes itself from traditional communication players by offering a complete and complementary range of services to regional SMEs.
The Group currently has 75 employees spread over 4 sites in France: Tours (head office), Sèvres, Paris and Nantes. In very strong growth since its creation, it generates today a turnover of 13 m€ for 8 m€ of gross margin.
With 4 successful acquisitions in 4 years, the group has just acquired Prod’Intéractive (specialist in multimedia content production) to strengthen its service offering.
Seduced by the manager’s approach and dynamism, Naxicap Partners enters the capital at a time when the company has the will to strongly accelerate its development to reach a turnover of 30 million euros by 2015.
