Sopra HR Software consolidates its position as a comprehensive HR solutions provider with the acquisition of NeoSpheres Consulting and signs a partnership with PeopleSpheres who will refocuse on software development

Paris, 5 September 2019 – As part of its strategy to provide comprehensive HR solutions, Sopra HR Software today announced that it is reinforcing its presence in talent management with the acquisition of NeoSpheres Consulting while entering into a partnership with PeopleSpheres, a key player in the complete digitisation of HR functions.

Sopra HR Software is pleased to announce the acquisition of NeoSpheres Consulting, a French company specialising in consulting and integration services in the area of talent management for large French and international companies. Founded in 2011, NeoSpheres Consulting is a major European partner of Cornerstone OnDemand, making digital transformation a reality for its clients and providing a full range of assistance for their talent management projects.

This acquisition strengthens Sopra HR Software’s position as a comprehensive provider of human resources solutions. “We are consolidating our comprehensive solution provider strategy, rounding out our offerings in administrative management, payroll and time management with best-of-breed solutions, and in particular by adding the talent management solution of a market leader,” says Edgard Dahdah, CEO of Sopra HR Software. “This portfolio of expertise reinforces our ability to address the issues raised by international HR projects, including the challenges of digital.
Since 2017, Sopra HR Software has focused on filling out its offerings in consulting as well as its HR Transformation business line, in particular via the deployment of talent management solutions. “Our HR Transformation business line, now leveraging the know-how of over 60 consultants specialising in talent management solutions, positions us among the market leaders in consulting and integration services for talent management projects,” explains Christophe Bertrand, Head of HR Transformation at Sopra HR Software.

Sopra HR Software has teamed up with PeopleSpheres to develop a smart connector and become the leading certified French digital services company.
Following the acquisition of the NeoSpheres Group’s Consulting division by Sopra HR, NeoSpheres has become PeopleSpheres, focusing on its software development business. This new entity will focus on deploying its innovative solution to automatically assemble and orchestrate heterogeneous HR software around a unified HR Core.
To implement this connectivity, PeopleSpheres teamed up with each of its partners to develop dedicated smart connectors.

Sopra HR Software’s clients will thus be able to benefit from a smart connector dedicated to HR Access for optimal synchronisation and connectivity of their HRIS.

“We already have about 20 connectors and, thanks to a new round of fund raising, we plan to exceed 100 in the coming 24 months in all HR areas. Digital transformation increases the urbanisation challenges faced by HRIS, forcing changes to their architecture. With its Plug & Play approach, PeopleSpheres already cuts the cost of interoperability of an HRIS by 50%” explains Philippe Bloquet, Founder and CEO of PeopleSpheres.
