The RC Concept Group, with a turnover of 25 M€, is one of the French leaders of the promotion and communication at the point of sale (POS).

Customers and counterparties

The Group acquires PHIDAP, laboratory
and digital printing in order to broaden its offer and to constitute a tool for the
first-class digital industrial products for the Grandes Marques de Luxe.

Created 23 years ago by Raphaël Cohen, RC Concept was originally a communication agency
dedicated to the cosmetics industry. In recent years, the Group has achieved several growth rates
in particular with a view to developing an integrated and leading industrial tool. This
strategy has increased the level of product quality, responsiveness and service
for the Group’s customers. RC Concept is particularly present on the market of the
cosmetics, luxury goods, clothing, tobacco and spirits. The EPF investment fund
Partners acquired a stake in the Group in 2011 to support its rapid growth.

Phidap, founded in 1966, produces large format digital prints and prints for the
of brand communication. The company has more than 350 active customers with a strong
sitting on the luxury market. Its turnover amounts to 3 M€.

RC Concept was seduced by Phidap’s skills and professionalism in the field of
Silver photography which is a know-how in great demand in the Luxury industry. This
synergies, i.e. the pooling of a portfolio of products, services and
the internalization of part of the production, savings on purchases,
the pooling of production tools and human skills.
