European specialist in social marketing technologies, Facelift brand building technologies GmbH, acquires Socialshaker SAS, the leading French provider of solutions dedicated to community building on social networks.
Based in Paris, Socialshaker operates a multi-purpose software platform in SAAS mode that helps brands launch digital campaigns, collect marketing data and report information in real time. This platform can be used across the Web, Mobile and social networks and should soon integrate a social advertising module.
Socialshaker combines marketing, statistical and technical skills to offer SMEs sophisticated technology that is easy to use. A pioneer among the “French Tech” players, the company serves several hundred paying customers for 40,000 user pages and over 300 million fans served daily. Socialshaker is now an integral part of the Facelift group and is still managed by its founder Antoine Spadoni while Georges Klenklé (co-founder of Degetel) retires after having accompanied and financed the company (www.socialshaker.com).
