Synthesio, a major player in the E-reputation and Social CRM market, completes its first institutional round with Entrepreneur Venture which invests 1.5 M€. The funds raised will be used to accelerate its growth in France and abroad.
Paris, September 14, 2011 – After two initial rounds of financing with ESSEC Ventures and LIOR in 2006 and 2007, Synthesio welcomes Entrepreneur Venture in its first institutional round for a €1.5 million capital increase.
Founded in 2006, Synthesio offers SaaS solutions for e-reputation and social CRM. The offer available in 30 languages and designed for major accounts allows:
Brand reputation monitoring on the web (blogs, Twitter, Facebook, press sites, etc)
Analysis of comments published by Internet users and identification of trends
Dialogue with consumers, prescribers or prospects via the social web
