Teolia, digital transformation specialist and agile method expert, diversifies its shareholding and welcomes ADAXTRA Capital to support its strong development

Founded in 2014 by Lucienne Jacquet, former VP Capgemini, Teolia is initially positioned on transformation project management. With the significant growth of more than 25% per year, the offer has gradually diversified towards the agility of client systems and the implementation of time-to-market, through the technical and methodological expertise of experienced consultants.

Teolia owes its rapid development to a modern business model orchestrating a delivery model composed of salaried consultants and qualified and certified Teolia Hub subcontractors. The company is thus able to address the needs of its clients, both large and small, with precision and responsiveness.
With three offices in Lille, Lyon, and Paris and more than 180 consultants on assignment with its clients in 2022, the company will reach
the company will reach a turnover of 21 million euros. This growth, which has been organic until now, allows the management team to aim for €50 million in turnover within 5 years.

After a competitive process organized by PAX Corporate Finance, the ADAXTRA Capital team was able to convince Lucienne and Frédéric Jacquet of their ability to accompany them in this new phase of development for Teolia.

ADAXTRA Capital’s team will bring its experience in supporting fast-growing companies in the IT services sector to management. This new shareholder will also give Teolia the necessary means to carry out its first external growth operations in a consolidating market. As part of this transaction, the founders will retain a large majority of the capital and will organize the entry of key employees into the capital.
