In December 2003, TRANSICIEL acquired FI SYSTEM in France. TRANSICIEL is thus strengthening its range of services in management systems integration, particularly in the field of new technologies in Paris and Eastern France.
Nearly 90 experts and consultants join the TRANSICIEL teams. FI SYSTEM employees have the know-how to manage and implement complex projects using the most innovative technologies (J2EE and Microsoft.NET application servers, Frameworks, etc.). TRANSICIEL brings together the acquired teams with its own experts in a Group entity that will retain FI SYSTEM’s commercial brand. This operational entity will be responsible for technological offers in the field of systems integration for customers within TRANSICIEL Ingénierie, a 100% subsidiary of TRANSICIEL SA.
