Advertise Me x Custom Solutions

Advertise Me, the specialist in digital marketing, has struck an equity partnership with Custom Solutions, a European group specialized in data and digital marketing. This operation was structured by PAX Corporate Finance.

This major acquisition will strongly reinforce Custom Solutions’ digital foothold. The group invests in the web marketing industry integrating a new digital product based on performance marketing solutions and the valuation of databases. In 2015, Advertise Me made 5,5 million euros in revenue and an operating margin of 30%.

Joining Custom Solution group gives Advertise Me the means to speed up its commercial development in France and in the rest of Europe whilst establishing synergies with the other companies within the group.
