The partners of Aurus Patrimoine, Arcancia, Eminence Patrimoine and Fideis Invest have announced their merger with Rhétores Finance, a leading independent national wealth management advisory group, just days after IK Partners acquired a stake in the group.

Through these transactions, facilitated by Pax Corporate Finance, Aurus Patrimoine, Arcancia, Eminence Patrimoine and Fideis Invest will form Rhétores Finance’s Southern Division, representing more than €300 million in assets under management, with strategic offices in Nîmes, Avignon and Montpellier. These acquisitions enable Rhétores Finance to surpass the €3 billion assets-under-management milestone.

Founded and developed by entrepreneurs deeply rooted in their local markets, these four firms share a common vision of wealth management advisory services: close client relationships, technical excellence, long-term support, and independent advice.

As part of these transactions, Rhétores Finance acquired 100% of the share capital of the four firms. Most of the selling partners have reinvested in Rhétores Finance, demonstrating their strong commitment to the entrepreneurial project led by the group. Julien Calvayrac, founder of Eminence Patrimoine, will head this Southern Division and oversee its leadership and development, supported by a team of around twenty employees.

The new Southern Division of Rhétores Finance is built on a strong and complementary foundation:

Arcancia, based in Avignon, representing approximately €110 million in assets under management;
Eminence Patrimoine, based in Montpellier, representing approximately €100 million in assets under management;
Fideis Invest, based in Montpellier, representing approximately €70 million in assets under management;
Aurus Patrimoine, based in Nîmes, representing approximately €30 million in assets under management.

These partnerships are fully aligned with Rhétores Finance’s national growth strategy, which continues to strengthen its regional presence alongside entrepreneurial leaders who share the group’s values. Additional transactions are already under consideration to further expand and reinforce this Southern Division.
