IN-IT, a specialist in ServiceNow integration, joins the Onepoint group

David Layani, President and founder of Onepoint : “At a time of major technological disruptions, we are delighted to welcome the talents of IN-IT, with whom we share a common vision of major transformations. AI and agentic systems are profoundly redefining organizational models and our clients’ business processes; this partnership strengthens our ability to guide them and execute this strategic transition.”
Franck Marchal, President and founder of IN-IT : “This partnership with Onepoint is a natural continuation of our strategy. We have found in them a strong and visionary French partner, capable of enabling us to expand our scope of action domestically and internationally and to cover the entire value chain of our clients’ digital transformations.”
Onepoint and IN-IT: new synergies in an AI-driven market
In a rapidly expanding market, where only 15% of companies are currently equipped with Enterprise Service Management (ESM) solutions but 60% express a desire to deploy them, the growth potential is immense. In this context, ServiceNow, which currently represents a \$100 billion market, aims to double this value within three years, supported by the rise of AI and the productivity gains it generates.
This operation increases Onepoint’s execution capacity, with a dedicated team of 100 talents possessing operational skills in ServiceNow integration, as well as expertise in strategic consulting and AI. Based in Paris, Dijon, and Toulouse, this team is ready to support clients in France and internationally, targeting annual growth of over 30% in ServiceNow solution deployment.
This growth ambition is supported by the market transformation, where AI-powered intelligent systems are revolutionizing business processes and management. In this context, ServiceNow has announced an investment of over 3 billion euros to integrate AI natively into its solutions. This momentum aligns with the AI strategy deployed by Onepoint, which combines its cutting-edge technological expertise, deep knowledge of vertical and functional business processes, and ability to manage the complexity of human organizations. With this new acquisition, Onepoint positions itself as a key player in driving AI and agent-based transformations for its clients.
IN-IT, specialist in ServiceNow integration
Named ServiceNow Partner of the Year 2022 in the EMEA region, IN-IT has historically positioned itself across the entire value chain of business processes and has developed strategic AI expertise in recent years. With 11 years of experience and over 80 certifications, IN-IT supports clients, 90% of whom are CAC40 companies, in implementing ESM solutions. Today, the company, based in Dijon and present in Paris and Toulouse, is driven by double-digit growth and has found in Onepoint a new partner to industrialize its expertise.
This partnership is part of Onepoint’s 2029 strategic plan announced earlier this year to become one of Europe’s AI leaders. By announcing the acquisition of Stack Labs, a recognized cloud transformation pure-player and Google preferred partner, in January 2025, Onepoint significantly accelerated the partnership aspect of this plan. With this new partnership, the company further consolidates a fully integrated offering around leading market technology solutions that leverage AI to drive business growth: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, Atlassian, Salesforce, SAP, and ServiceNow.
