SAS Pereira, a Paris-based specialist in façade and insulation works, joins forces with the Batibig Group
Founded in 1994 by José Pereira, the company was taken over 15 years ago by his son, Pascal Pereira, who has supported its development and structured its growth. The company mainly operates on Parisian Haussmann-style buildings and high-end condominiums. Thanks to outstanding expertise, Pereira has built a loyal network of prescribers, primarily made up of architectural firms and property managers. Today, the company generates revenue of approximately €15 million, with solid operating profitability.
Conducted in a competitive context by the teams at Pax Corporate Finance, the process attracted the interest of several industrial players. The Batibig Group emerged as the natural partner because, beyond shared values, its management met the strategic criteria defined by Pascal Pereira. For Pascal Pereira, it was essential to join a partner capable of preserving the company’s know-how and securing the future of its employees. Partnering with Batibig therefore enables SAS Pereira to take a new step forward while retaining its identity and high standards of quality.
As part of this transaction, Pascal Pereira retains both operational and equity involvement. Two key executives of the company also join the share capital, reflecting a strong commitment to alignment of interests and managerial continuity.
For the Batibig Group, this partnership is part of a strategy to strengthen its expertise in building envelope trades and to continue its external growth strategy. Since its creation in 2005 by Charles and Justin Bignon, Batibig has established itself as a natural consolidator in the sector by bringing together very small and small-to-medium-sized enterprises with strong technical know-how. The acquisition of Pereira enables the group to strengthen its presence within central Paris, where Pereira generates 80% of its business.
