General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The information collected on this form is for the provision of advisory services. It is recorded on a computerised file by Mr Adrien Tourres. It is held for five years starting from the end of the business relationship and is intended for members of Pax Corporate Finance. In accordance with the Data Protection Act, you can exercise your access rights to the data concerning you and you can have it rectified by contacting: Mr Adrien Tourres, 3 rue Troyon, 75017 Paris.

You can also file a request concerning the processing of your data with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).

In the event any possible conflicts of interest are identified, we agree to immediately inform our customer. If our customer does not request any changes, we will assume there is no longer a conflict of interest. We will then undertake to inform in writing the parties concerned. We will offer them a solution that will settle the conflict of interest and any of its effects.

Handling of complaints:
Your Advisor agrees to process your complaint within the following timeframes:
– Ten working days maximum from receipt of the complaint to acknowledge its reception unless the response itself is provided to the customer within this deadline;
– Two months maximum between the date of the complaint’s reception and the date the response is sent to the customer, except in the event of duly justified special circumstances.
