Close to the Marché aux Puces in Marseille, a circular building stands out against a blue sky washed clean by the mistral. The occupant of this former water tank has written its ambition in giant letters, visible from the docks: “Oxatis, votre réussite en e-commerce” (succeed in e-commerce with Oxatis).
